Campbell Consulting's engagement with American Red Cross (ARC) included two distinct phases. What started as software training for Development staff in 2004 developed into a lasting partnership focusing on significant process improvement projects, training design & delivery, and project management. In 2011, Warren joined efforts with internal resources and other external consultants to help lead an organization-wide effort to centralize Development data to help realize a One Red Cross vision.

Engagement Summary
In 2001, Campbell Consulting contracted with Conservation International (CI) to help manage a complex conversion project. The first step was to help the new Development Operations Director by conducting an assessment of CI's Raiser's Edge database, followed by conversion preparatory tasks and ultimately conversion into a more advanced version of Raiser's Edge. From 2002 through 2010, CI engaged Campbell Consulting for major process improvement projects to help ensure Raiser's Edge met all Development teams' needs.

Interim Database Administration Services
Operations Staff Candidate Interviews and Evaluations
Engagement Summary
In June 2016, the Philanthropy Department at Maryland Food Bank (MFB) suddenly was without a Raiser's Edge database administrator (DBA). During this time of transition, MFB engaged Campbell Consulting for interim Raiser's Edge database administration services while they launched a search for a new DBA. Campbell Consulting also helped with candidate screenings/interviews and provided detailed evaluations for Philanthropy and Human Resources staff. The engagement lasted three months until a new DBA was hired and fully operational.
